A recent exercise involved upgrading to a robust database platform to manage massive amounts of sensitive patient data, keep it secure, and anonymize it for analytics purposes for improve medical outcomes.
- IHH Singapore’s more than 5,000 staff had their core application workloads, including the Electronic Medical Records migrated to support patients, enterprise data warehouse and laboratory information systems.
- IHH Malaysia consolidated and migrated its database workloads including its patient management system, appointment booking system, lab information, and billings to meet stringent data residency and compliance requirements.
