10-year strategic collaboration will see NTT DATA buying a mission-critical UPS data center to provide end-to-end technology services including custom data center colocation, digital transformation and cloud migration.

As enterprises accelerate AI adoption and hybrid cloud transformation, UPS has selected NTT DATA as a strategic technology partner in a 10-year collaboration to modernize IT infrastructure, drive AI-powered efficiency, and fuel digital product innovation.

This long-term agreement will help UPS continue to modernize its IT infrastructure and data centers while providing AI and cloud services to drive business innovation. NTT DATA will also continue to help support UPS in the fast-paced world of logistics and delivery.

With 77% of APAC organizations prioritizing modern cloud architectures and AIOps, this collaboration reflects the growing demand for secure, scalable, AI-powered IT transformation.

  • NTT DATA will purchase and operate a UPS mission-critical data center, enabling hybrid cloud solutions and colocation to optimize efficiency and scalability.
  • Joint development of AI-powered tools to accelerate UPS’s “Efficiency Reimagined” initiatives, freeing internal teams to focus on customer-centric supply chain solutions.
  • Savings from infrastructure optimization will be reinvested into UPS’s digital product development, unlocking new revenue streams and customer experiences.
