Based in Singapore and serving 13 markets across 220 global destinations, SingPost realized it would require a scalable and effective solution for data transformation and mapping, as well as integration and application programming interface (API) management.
With a mission to focus on e-commerce parcel delivery locally and internationally, the firm went on a digitalization project to adopt more advanced technology, including a customizable data integration platform and generative AI (GenAI).
A crucial part of the project was to ensuring data is available and actionable in real time. The firm wanted to break down data silos, improve data governance, and shift away from duplicate and legacy systems. To accomplish this, SingPost needed a robust and reliable integration platform-as-a-service (iPaaS).

By selecting a strategic integration platform for electronic data interchange and API integration “to provide agility and scalability for our businesses and seasonal demands” Singgih said the firm can now customers 75% quicker: from five to six weeks to under two weeks.
