This is the second phase of improvements to increase both consumer and corporate digital payments in the country
Having redesigned its consumer-facing web interface and mobile banking applications in May 2024, CTBC Bank (Philippines) Corp., has revamped its Corporate NETBanking Web Portal to reinforce its continued commitment to accelerating digital transformation as laid out in the BSP digital payments transformation roadmap for 2020–2023.
On 25 Feb 2025, the bank announced the move to an upgraded, secure and user-centric platform that promises to improve operational efficiency and meet evolving corporate banking requirements in the country.
The revamped portal introduces a host of features that streamline financial operations for corporate users:
- Comprehensive account management: The unified platform offers real-time access to deposit accounts, loan balances, and transaction histories, enabling businesses to make well-informed financial decisions.
- Comprehensive payment capabilities: On tap are a wide range of payment channels for local and global transactions to facilitate seamless payment processing for all levels of business.
- Bulk transaction processing: Bulk upload features for payments and payroll disbursements can enhance efficiency for corporate clients.
- Customizable workflow and approval matrix: Flexible setups, ranging from basic single-approval workflows to complex multi-level matrices with transaction limits, can provide businesses with the agility to adapt processes to their specific needs.
- Enhanced security: Two-factor authentication (2FA); real-time notifications for enhanced transaction tracking and fraud prevention; and provisions for flexible approval workflows further ensure compliance with corporate policies while adapting to specific organizational needs.
