How to Participate: During the Offer Period, click the link found in the DigiconAsia email invitation to be redirected to the offer website. Then, follow the instructions to complete the quiz survey provided and submit your entry.Each quiz survey response submitted is to be accompanied by a unique and legitimate business email ID. (Duplicate email IDs and public email domains e.g. @gmail.com and @hotmail.com are not eligible for the offer.) Veeam and DigiconAsia is not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If the gift card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. Gift cards are void if (i) not obtained or submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or (ii) obtained or redeemed as the result of or in connection with a sale, transfer, or other method which we determine, in Veeam and DigiconAsia’s sole discretion, is in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Gift cards obtained through unauthorized means or illegitimate channels will be void. Gift cards cannot be sold, traded, auctioned or bartered or otherwise transferred; all will be void.
General Conditions:Offer qualification is solely determined by Veeam and DigiconAsia. Proof of identity and/or residence reasonably satisfactory to program administrators may be required to verify eligibility. Program administrators have the right to determine offer eligibility in their discretion; all decisions concerning offer eligibility are final. Any effort to circumvent the offer’s limits, requirements or other terms (including, but not limited to, providing fictitious information or concealing identity or location) voids submissions and disqualifies person from participating in the offer. Offer may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. In the event of such early termination, a notice will be provided at the DigiconAsia and Veeam Data Platform Survey 2024 website. Veeam and DigiconAsia reserves the right to alter or modify the offer at its discretion. Not combinable with any other offer and cannot be redeemed for cash. Not transferable. No groups, clubs, newsletters or organizations can participate in this offer. Promotion Parties are not responsible for errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the offer, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the offer, undelivered or misdirected surveys of scheduled calls, or in any other offer related materials or for any damage to or loss of any gift card. CAUTION: Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this offer is in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Veeam and DigiconAsia reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of Veeam and DigiconAsia which are final and binding, and (ii) to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Promotion Parties and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents against, any liability, for any injuries, death, losses, costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages of any kind, including without limitation death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this offer or the use, inability to use or redemption of any gift card.
